PORTSMOUTH — Get ready as the children of the Seacoast take over Downtown Portsmouth as, once again, Pro Portsmouth presents Children’s Day! Set to take place on Sunday, May 3rd from Noon – 4:00pm, this “kid-friendly” event features the Block Party and performances on Pleasant Street.
