Ward of Colliers Elected Chairman of Portsmouth Economic Development Commission

PORTSMOUTH—Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce that Andrew Ward, senior associate with Colliers in New Hampshire, has been elected chairman of the Portsmouth Economic Development Commission.

Ward formally assumed the role on Jan. 9, 2026, succeeding Tom Watson. The Economic Development Commission is a nine-member advisory board to the Portsmouth City Council, providing guidance and recommendations on economic development initiatives throughout the city.

This marks Ward’s second term as a Commissioner. He has been actively engaged with the Commission for the last eight years and brings extensive local market knowledge and private-sector experience to the role.
