Foundation for Seacoast Health Announces 2025 Strategic Grant Cycle Recipients

PORTSMOUTH—The Foundation for Seacoast Health is proud to announce the recipients of its 2025 Strategic Grant Cycle, awarding a total of $450,000 to 17 organizations that are committed to improving the lives of older adults throughout the Seacoast region.

These grants align with the Foundation’s recent request for proposals, which prioritized efforts to reduce social isolation, enhance caregiver support, and expand access to vital resources for older adults.

“We are thrilled to partner with these dedicated nonprofits that are working every day to create meaningful change for older adults in our communities,” said Blair Demers, CEO of the Foundation for Seacoast Health. “With these grants, we proudly support local nonprofits and community organizations as they continue their vital efforts to promote independence, dignity, and well-being for older adults in our region.”

The following organizations were selected for their exceptional commitment to the Foundation’s
