Kevin Maley appointed to Board of Directors at Southeast New Hampshire Habitat for Humanity

PORTSMOUTH˗˗ Southeast New Hampshire (SENH) Habitat for Humanity is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Maley to the 12-member Board of Directors. Kevin, a resident of Rye, brings more than 30 years of experience in the housing and real estate development realm.

SENH Habitat for Humanity offers affordable housing programs to deserving families in both Strafford and Rockingham County. In addition to building homes the organization offers vital home repairs to seniors, veteran and disabled homeowners to enable them to safely age in place.

Kevin said, "I am really looking forward to contributing to the mission of SENH chapter of Habitat for Humanity as a Board member. This is a very talented and committed group. I want to thank Marcie for her guidance and support during this process."

“Kevin’s nomination to the Board just feels right," said Marcie Bergan, executive director at SENH Habitat. "He has experience that will lend itself to our continued success in home building and our land acquisition efforts. He will be a great addition to our team and was unanimously voted on to our board of directors at our February board meeting. In addition to his career experience, Kevin is a cyclist. We are excited to have him join our annual Spinning Generosity fundraiser in December! We are lucky to have him as part of our team.”

Kevin and his wife Jennifer moved to the seacoast from Natick, Mass. in 2017. In addition to cycling, they enjoy hiking, cross-country skiing and spending time with their three grandsons (with another grandchild on the way!). They have three adult children - Ava (in Massachusetts), Jake and George (in Utah).
