LPM announces exciting updates to better serve customers

LPM Airport Transit Service is thrilled to announce a major milestone in its growth, marked by the introduction of a new and improved booking system! As we continue to expand, these updates are designed to enhance the customer experience and ensure we maintain the high service standards our clients expect.

Here’s What’s New:

  • Day-Before Confirmation Remains the Same: Customers will continue to receive confirmation texts and emails the day before their scheduled rides, keeping them informed and prepared.
  • Driver Assignment Timing Update: While previously, driver details were shared during the day before confirmation, these details will now be sent 1–2 hours prior to pickup. This change allows us to optimize our scheduling and meet the increasing demand more efficiently.
  • 24/7 Call Support Added: We’ve expanded our team to include round-the-clock customer support. Whether you need help with a reservation or have questions, you can now reach us any time, day or night.
