Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce the sale of 437 Portsmouth Avenue in Greenland, New Hampshire, for $835,000, according to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds.

Tim Braseth, Associate with Colliers in New Hampshire, represented the seller, Clipper Realty LLC, in the transaction. Liz Levey-Pruyn and Chris Jacobson of Aland Realty represented the buyer, O’Neill Land Holdings LLC.

The freestanding, two-story commercial condominium building totals 4,480± SF and is centrally located in  Greenland, with convenient access to Portsmouth and the greater Seacoast region. The property is home to longtime tenant Nik & Charlie’s Pizzeria, while the second-floor unit is planned as the new home of Port City Pinball, a non-profit social and recreational membership club centered around the hobby of pinball.
