About Us

Located in a charming historic building right on Prescott Park in Portsmouth, the Players' Ring fosters creative freedom and artistic excellence,
while providing the Seacoast with a uniquely intimate performance experience in its 75-seat black box venue.
Since 1992, the theatre engages over 200 local artists every year in the production of original and published plays, as well as special events, including a New Play Development program, improv, children's shows and the beloved holiday production!
