Operations / Transaction Coordinator

Prominent Seacoast brokerage hiring for a Transaction Coordinator / Operations role. Remote or in-person candidates are considered. Base hourly rate + ‘per transaction’ fee paid.
 

  • Manage transactions, client communications, and agent correspondence
  • Handle marketing and outbound communications on behalf of brokerage
  • Facilitate documents amongst respective transaction parties (i.e title company, lenders, cooperating agents, etc.)
  • Assemble and organize office projects (developments, internal investments, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance and manage filing systems within office
  • Training provided
  • Computer and desk provided
