Are you unsure of how to classify your next “hire?” Is that person going to be a W2 Employee, or do they qualify for 1099 Contractor Status? This training will outline clearly for you what the difference between these two types of people in your organization are, legal compliance with the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) and assist you with defining the best choice for your business.
