About the Morning Mixer:

The Morning Mixer, presented by TD Bank, is one of the chamber's three monthly networking programs.  The Morning Mixer is a semi-facilitated networking event where attendees will have the chance to introduce themselves and their business/profession, as well as network with fellow attendees. 

The average attendance at Morning Mixers is 35-50 people.

About Our Hosts Barre & Soul:

Barre & Soul has been in business for 10 years! We opened off Court Street in August of 2014. In those 10 years, we have grown from one small studio without any parking to the beautiful space we are in now with two studio rooms. We offer barre, yoga, and mat pilates.
