Ability Allies Physical Therapy

Description

From 1 location to 4: What business growth teaches you about resilience and scaling

Growing a business from one location to four has taught me that true growth is not just about expansion—it’s about building systems that make excellence repeatable. In the early days of Ability Allies Physical Therapy, success depended heavily on my own time, energy, and direct involvement. But sustainable growth required a shift in mindset: creating clear systems, strong culture, and operational structures that allow high-quality care to be delivered consistently, even as the business expands. Resilience becomes essential along the way—because scaling a business means navigating uncertainty, solving new problems, and learning to lead differently at every stage. In this seminar, I’ll share how building intentional systems, empowering the right people, and protecting the core values of personalized, high-quality care allowed our practice to scale productivity without sacrificing the very thing that made it successful in the first place.

Abour our Facilitator:

Dr. Natalie Tilton, DPT, Owner and CEO of Ability Allies Physical Therapy, has 18+ years in orthopedics, sports rehab, and post-op recovery. A Northeastern University graduate, varsity field hockey athlete, and U.S. national team member, she is a NH 40 Under 40 honoree. Certified in Dry Needling, Graston, Kinesiotaping, Craniosacral Therapy, and the Hesch Method, she specializes in TPI golf performance and injury prevention and has been featured as a keynote speaker for the PGA of New England.

Ability Allies is a 100% private family-owned physical therapy practice with facilities in Portsmouth, Dover, Epping and Greenland known for a hands-on high quality and personalized approach. All practitioners are certified in variety of specialized techniques but holistically focused on identifying and treating the root cause of any issues in the body with a whole system approach.

One on one treatments are dedicated for 40 to 60 minutes of skilled care, hands-on applications, and evidence-based clinical practice methods to target the cause of dysfunction and assist to provide long term solutions.

Specialties include Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Specialist, Vertigo and Balance Treatment, Computer Analyzed Running Analysis, Shockwave, Dry Needling and Women’s Health/Pelvic Floor Rehab.

We truly believe, when you receive the highest standards, you can achieve the best outcomes.
