From 1 location to 4: What business growth teaches you about resilience and scaling
Growing a business from one location to four has taught me that true growth is not just about expansion—it’s about building systems that make excellence repeatable. In the early days of Ability Allies Physical Therapy, success depended heavily on my own time, energy, and direct involvement. But sustainable growth required a shift in mindset: creating clear systems, strong culture, and operational structures that allow high-quality care to be delivered consistently, even as the business expands. Resilience becomes essential along the way—because scaling a business means navigating uncertainty, solving new problems, and learning to lead differently at every stage. In this seminar, I’ll share how building intentional systems, empowering the right people, and protecting the core values of personalized, high-quality care allowed our practice to scale productivity without sacrificing the very thing that made it successful in the first place.
