As the mother of two amazing neurodiverse kiddos, she has over two decades of experience navigating the medical, educational and social systems.  Danielle is passionate about creating a strong community of families, businesses, civic organiations and schools that are educated and supportive of all individuals who experience the world in their own way.  This emphasis on empathy, inclusion and support is central to all aspects of Danielle’s life.  When Danielle is not focused on Twenty-One Senses, she can be found outside with her husband, two kids and dog or actively volunteering in the community with various youth organizations.

Mike Moloney, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Training Manager, Kennebunk Savings

Mike Moloney started his banking career 32 years ago, having earned a degree in Anthropology from the University of Southern Maine.  Mike has worked at Kennebunk Savings for 25 years, spending 18 years as a Branch Manager before moving into the Training Manager role.  Mike spends a considerable amount of his time developing and delivering training programs that have a direct impact on the mental health and well-being of his colleagues, and the culture of the organization.   The bank has a robust Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Program, understanding that employees from diverse backgrounds can face lack of representation, microagressions, unconscious bias, and other stressors that impact their mental health and psychological safety at work.  Mike is also a member of the York County Elder Abuse Task Force, where he works to educate people about the impact of elder abuse on the senior population.  When not at work Mike loves kayaking, and is a Staff Officer and Paddlecraft Safety Team Coordinator for the US Coast Guard Auxiliary in South Portland.
