Join us for a breakfast event to connect with leaders from the real estate community. Joining us will be David Choate, Executive Vice President | New Hampshire, Colliers; Marie Bodi, Chief Executive Officer, McNabb Properties, Ltd., Ryan Kaplan, licensed Real Estate Broker and a Team lead of the Envision Group at Compass Real Estate and more TBA!
The event is presented by Treworgy & Baldacci Real Estate Closing Services.
We'll be entertaining questions such as "$750K is the average house price in Portsmouth -- is there a celling?" and "What will we do with empty commercial space?"
The following have agreed to speak and more might be added. The audience is invited to ask their questions as well, as the interaction is one of the best parts of the program.
Marie J. Bodi Chief Executive Officer, McNabb Properties
Marie Bodi is the Chief Executive Officer of McNabb Properties, a leading real estate development firm based in Portsmouth. With decades of experience in commercial real estate and a dedication to sustainable urban development, Marie has been pivotal in guiding McNabb Properties through continued growth and innovation.
Promoted to CEO in 2023, she now oversees the company's expanding portfolio, which boasts some of the most premiere buildings in the historic downtown including the 100,000-square-foot Brick Market development at 60 Penhallow, aimed at enhancing the city’s downtown landscape.
One of Bodi’s most notable achievements came when she helped market the newly formed Pease Development Authority in Portsmouth, earning recognition from the Department of Defense Base Reuse and Alignment Commission. Her leadership helped secure Foreign Trade Zone status for Portsmouth, thanks to her collaboration with the New Hampshire Congressional Delegation. Bodi’s expertise led her to speak alongside the U.S. Secretary of Commerce at the National Base Reuse and Alignment Commission Conference.
In recognition of her long-standing contributions to the real estate industry, Marie was honored with the 2024 DeStefano & Barrett Legacy Award, celebrating her long-term participation and lasting impact on New Hampshire’s commercial real estate landscape.
David Choate, Executive Vice President & Principal, Colliers, New Hampshire
With more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience and licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts David Choate has been the managing partner of the Colliers office in Portsmouth since 1991.
