Celebrate the nominees and winners of the 2024 10 to Watch Awards.
An initiative of Catapult Seacoast, the 10 to Watch Awards recognize and celebrate remarkable, hard-working young professionals who live or work in the Seacoast.
Each year, 10 to Watch honors young professionals between the ages of 21 and 40 who are making a difference in the Seacoast community. The top 20 finalists, along with the 10 winners, are selected by a panel of judges from young professional organizations around New Hampshire, curated by Stay Work Play.

Join us on November 13th at The Press Room in Portsmouth, NH, from 6:30 to 8:00 PM for an evening of celebration at the 10 to Watch Awards! This event honors the top young professionals who are making a meaningful impact in the Seacoast community. We’ll be joined by a special guest speaker (to be announced), and guests can look forward to a night filled with inspiration, networking, and, of course, delicious dessert.
We’re thrilled to announce that nominations are now closed, and we want to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate a deserving young professional. Your participation has made this year’s selection process truly special. We are excited to reveal the 2024 honorees and celebrate the outstanding achievements of our finalists and winners.
