BlueLion is an HR Consulting Company based in Manchester\, NH\, servicing small businesses throughout New England. Alison has over 15 years of experience in Operations\, Management\, and Human Resources\, an MBA from the University of New Hampshire\, and has her SHRM-SCP certification.\n\n \n\nUnderstanding that many small businesses in her community needed custom Human Resource services\, she and her co-founder Toni founded BlueLion in 2018. Her team supports small businesses in all their HR needs such as recruiting\, onboarding\, employee management\, benefits\, payroll\, and terminations. Alison serves on the board of Southern NH Home Builders Association as well as the Manchester Area Human Resources Association.\n\n \n\nShe has served as a volunteer with Make-A-Wish New Hampshire as a Wish Granter for over 7 years and is currently serving as a board member. She is also an involved member of 100 Women Who Care Southern NH. When Alison is not volunteering her time or running her business\, she is bike riding one of many NH rail trails\, walking her dog Kona\, or spending time with her significant other snowmobiling in Maine.
