DESCRIPTION:Join us Friday\, Aug. 11 from 8:30 to 9:30 dockside aboard the Gundalow for a Morning Mixer. (Please note: We will not be sailing\, but docked for the Mixer. And even though we've had some hot days (to say the least!)\, it's still recommend to bring an extra layer because 830 a.m. can be brisk sometimes before the sun is above us. \n\n\n\nAbout the Gundalow\n\nPrograms held throughout the tidal towns of the Piscataqua connect our maritime history with contemporary coastal issues such as water quality\, habitat restoration\, conservation and stewardship.\n\n\n\nSail on the Piscataqua\, a traditional reproduction of the flat-bottom gundalow barges that were once prevalent along local waterways. Fun and informative\, a sail is a great way to explore sights and sounds of Portsmouth\, NH and Kittery\, Maine while sailing on the Piscataqua River.\n\n\n\nThe Gundalow Company is nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to protecting our region's maritime heritage and environment through education and action.

LOCATION:The Piscataqua will be located at the dock at Prescott Park\, at the end of Water Street. If navigating on road by GPS enter "60 Marcy St." in Portsmouth. Water Street is a private alley about 50 yards down the street from the Gundalow gift shop\, and across the street from the Puddle Dock restaurant. The dock is located at the end of Water Street.
