This class will be no different and will be featuring a 60 Minute Hybrid Class consisting of 100% body weight strength and cardiovascular exercises. This workout is sure to get your heart rate up\, muscles fatigued and calories burnt.\n\nJoin us at the Summer Wellness Series on the LANEY & LU Portsmouth patio! We are bringing together 8 of our community's best and most sought after studio and business owners.\n\nFrom barre to yoga\, cardio dance to kickboxing\, each of these amazing teachers will bring their own flavor\, passion\, and personality to our patio at LANEY & LU in Portsmouth.\n\nEach class is approximately 1 hour and only $10\, and ALL profits will be donated to GatherNH. Your contribution will help fund programs that build food security in welcoming and dignified ways.
