DESCRIPTION:Daylight Stroll Sunday\, December 14\, 2025\, 2-4 PM\n\n\n\nEnjoy all the same holiday magic as Strawbery Banke's Candlelight Stroll\, now in a special daytime session!\n\n\n\nBeautifully decorated historic houses\, costumed roleplayers\, festive performances\, and traditional demonstrations come alive in the glow of a mid-December afternoon This special daylight session is suitable for young families\, early risers\, and anyone who prefers celebrating in the light or avoiding driving in the dark while still enjoying the season's enchantment.\n\n\n\nAbout Candlelight Stroll: Candlelight Stroll invites visitors to step into the past and experience 350+ years of seasonal and holiday traditions in the Puddle Dock neighborhood.\n\n\n\nThe Museum's furnished historic houses are adorned with handmade decorations created from greens and dried flowers from the Museum's heirloom gardens. Visitors call upon the many families who once lived in the waterfront neighborhood   portrayed by costumed roleplayers   who share stories\, customs\, and seasonal traditions. While traveling from house to historic house\, the glow of hundreds of candle lanterns and string lights illuminate the way as guests enjoy seasonal greetings from wandering musicians and performers who recreate the traditions of times past. Additionally enjoy hot apple cider\, a warming bonfire\, and Ice Dance International's Currier and Ives Vintage Christmas Skaters for several performances each night of this treasured event.\n\n\n\nPerformances by the Vintage Christmas Skaters are weather-dependent.\n\n\n\nA Note on Parking: Parking is unavailable on-site\, as it is reserved for handicapped accessibility on a first-come\, first-served basis\; please refer to the FAQ section on the event page of Strawbery Banke's website for more information.
