Leaders share the myth-busting truths about leadership\, from defining your own style to setting boundaries\, making courageous decisions\, and leading with empathy and impact. This conversation highlights the real lessons that shaped them\, the moments that mattered most\, and how they continue to grow while lifting others along the way.\n\n\n\n \nFacilitator: \nMolly Hodgson\, CEO\, GoodWork Seacoast  \n\n\n\nMolly is a seasoned executive with an extensive track record of successful leadership in nonprofit business operations. She has an extraordinary depth of experience in organizational strategy\, program design and development\, event management and fund procurement. Molly is a results-oriented leader with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.\n\n\n\nMolly served as the president of the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce\, executive director of New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility\, and was the first executive director of New Hampshire Made Inc.\n\n\n\nMolly has served as a Hoffman Haas Fellowship Mentor\, participated in the Institute for Advanced Nonprofit Leadership\, served on the Advisory Board of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Piscataqua Region and Chaired the Leadership Seacoast Board. She has served as a lead judge for the New Hampshire Best Companies to Work for Competition\, is an honorary inductee in the Golden Key International Honor Society and was selected to the inaugural 40 Under Forty Young Leaders Making New Hampshire Better.\n\n\nPanelists: \n\n\nLucy Gilson\, dean\, Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics \n\nSince joining UNH she has successfully led the college through AACSB re-accreditation\, prioritized innovation and new program development\, and worked closely with alumni and the business community to build deep and lasting relationships.\n\n\n\nGilson's research focuses on teams\, creativity\, and virtual work. In 2019 she was named by the Web of Science as one of the world's most highly cited researchers.\n\n\n\nGilson earned her Ph.D. from Georgia Tech and her B.S. from Georgetown University.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoAnn Burchuk\, owner\, River of Life Wellness \n\nAs co-owner of River of Life Wellness\, JoAnn Burchuk brings three decades of healthcare management to the holistic space. After owning Lighthouse PT for 30 years with her husband\, Dave\, she now focuses on innovative options for increasing blood flow\, light therapy\, and energetic healing.\n\n\n\nOriginally from Michigan\, JoAnn spent 10 years in Chicago as a software business analyst. She now leverages her analytical and clinical background to empower others toward optimal health.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAnna Kay Vorsteg\, executive director\, Cross Roads House \n\nAnna Kay serves as CEO of Cross Roads House\, our regional shelter that provides unhoused individuals and families with a short-term sheltering home and the resources and care necessary to overcome barriers and secure permanent housing. She is a seasoned leader in the non-profit sector\, or as she says\, the "for-human-profit" sector. Anna Kay has served our community through work on various boards and action committees.
