On Thursday\, July 27 \;2023 a parade of Tall Ships\, local fisherman\, and recreational boaters from around the world will pass between Peirce (yes) Island and the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.

\nThe size and proportions of which will be remembered as the standard for such events going forward. (Think walking across the decks of the boats from NH to Maine and not getting wet!)

A truly unique event\, the anticipated participation is most likely less than an hour with a gathering on Peirce Island to bless the fleet as it passes in front of you.
